1. Definitions

4. Age Verification

te666 operates a strict 21+ policy. Access to real-money games, sports betting, and all financial features is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. This requirement applies to all players regardless of the payment method used.

te666 conducts identity and age verification (KYC) as a condition of processing any withdrawal. All financial transactions on te666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not accept foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to Player funds. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Cross-method withdrawals are not permitted.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players, agents, or employees of te666 for the purpose of influencing game or betting outcomes.

Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding wagering obligations have been met and KYC has been completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, te666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

te666's total cumulative liability to any Player — for any cause and regardless of the form of action — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
